What's free, and what isn't?

Klosly is free during beta. Third-party charges, including messaging fees, Razorpay payment processing, and Shiprocket shipping, are separate and depend on the provider. Post-beta pricing has not been announced here.

Do I need to connect my accounts?

Yes. Using your own conversations, payments, and shipping requires eligible channel and provider accounts and setup. Ask about your particular setup when you enquire about the beta.

Is the product demo a real transaction?

No. Priya, Sneha's studio, the Blue kurta, and the shipping details are fictional examples. Every demo action happens only in this page. No messages are sent, payments collected, or pickups booked.
